We are not out to reinvent the wheel nor introduce any fancy new exercises. Our programming is simple, progressive and effective. We program with the typical gym in mind using the essential pieces of equipment found at most affiliates. The goal is general physical preparedness. We want your members to continually improve in all 10 of the physical skills. Because the program is a collaboration of coaches inputting on their area of expertise we’re providing an unbiased program with quality programming for each of the three main modalities utilized in the CrossFit – gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning.
All our customers get the same program but we can adjust the program to make it work for your facility and equipment availability.

As part of your subscription, you’ll receive your monthly programming on the 25th of each month.
No. Our Base program is aimed at the majority of members attending an affiliate gym. The overwhelming majority of your members are simply trying to be fit for life and improve their overall well being. We have created two programs to accommodate for those that do want to be pushed that little bit extra.
As part of the service, we can provide you with “Peak” programming for your competitive athletes. You can offer this additional programming at a monthly cost.
